KLS PU college was established in 2007 with biology and computer science combination and in a span of 16 years has grown into an institute of academic excellence, offering courses in science, computer science and commerce. The institute is known for its cultural diversity, caring atmosphere, with ultra-modern facilities, competent faculties & focuses on holistic development. Over the period of several students from nearby urban and rural places, have been the beneficiaries of quality education and pursue their graduation with sister institution of KLS at Haliyal college. We also offer graduates courses in BCA, BCom and Engineering.

Documents required for first PU admission
- Transfer certificate (Original) and two photocopy attested by concerned authorities.
- SSLC/Equivalent matriculation Xerox marks card duly attested by concerned authorities.
- Income and Caste certificate
- Aadhar card 1 photocopy (students & parents)
- Bank passbook 1 photocopy
- Recent ID size photo 4 Nos.
- Blood Group
- Hall ticket Xerox copy of SSLC

Rules and Regulations
Students Should Adhere To The Rules Stated Below :
- Wearing of personal identity card is compulsory.
- Usage of mobile phones is prohibited in the campus.
- The Principal reserves the right to reject or cancel admission if the candidate is found to be of objectionable behaviour.
- All students are required to be punctual and regular to the classes.
- Students are required to always maintain the highest standard of behaviour and discipline at all times in the college premises.
- Loitering around the college when classes are going on is forbidden. Students must keep the classrooms and the college premises clean and must throw the waste only in the dustbins provided.
- Ragging, consumption of alcohol, smoking, chewing of tobacco, gutkha, spitting, teasing and drug abuse etc. are forbidden in the college and hostel premises and such students are liable for heavy penalty which may be followed by the expulsion of the students from the college and hostel.
- Violations of any order, rule or notification issued by the Principal from time to time will be deemed to be misconduct, attracting severe punishment
