An action plan is a road map of the institution. At the beginning of every academic year, the departments of BCA and BCom prepare their action plan and submit same to the IQAC coordinator. The IQAC coordinator, principal, and senior members together scrutinize the plan and design a tentative calendar referring to the IIC calendar and the university calendar and considering the changing needs of the student community, technology development, corporate requirements, value-added programs, MOOC courses, micro courses, skills-based courses, hardware and networking training, soft skill training, and the vision and mission of the institution. The final academic calendar and action plan are placed before the GC for approval. After approval is given, the action plan comes into force for the academic year.
